We save all the personal information we collect in our customer database. In the customer database, personal data is stored for two years if you have not agreed that we can store your data anymore. If you specifically agree to this, we will store your personal information for up to 10 years. Order information is stored for 7 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.

The same personal information can be stored in several different places for different purposes. This may mean that information that has been deleted from a system because it is no longer necessary may remain in another system where it is stored with the consent or for another purpose where the personal data is still needed.

Contract partners and IT suppliers
We use a number of different IT services and IT systems in our business. In some of these, personal data is stored and handled. We care about your privacy and the security of your information in all such handling. Some systems are installed locally with us and only our staff has access to the information. In these cases, no transfer to a third party takes place. However, some systems are cloud solutions or installed at the supplier and mean that we transfer personal data to the supplier. In these cases, the supplier is our personal data assistant and handles the data on our behalf and according to our instructions. We create personal data in Woocommerce, Klarna and our business system Pyramid.

Web analytics companies
We use Google as an external provider for the personification and analysis of user behavior on our website. Google handles personal data as a personal data assistant on our behalf. The information in question is primarily information that is collected through cookies and handled on an anonymous and aggregated level.

Extradition to third parties
We never disclose your information to third parties without your permission and unless required to deliver your goods. Third parties are regulated in the above-mentioned paragraphs.

Your rights
